Member Booking Information

If your customer wants to book independently they can do this in 2 ways:

1. Online they can visit

2. Call the booking line 07533 021 407


Alternatively you can make a member reservation. This means the seats are reserved until 1 month before the show and you will only get physical tickets once they are paid for, but it gives people time to pay or collect money etc


To make a member booking there are three ways you can do this:

  1. EMAIL -
    Please include the day, time, number of adults/concessions, seating area and any other specific requirements you may have such as ‘aisle seat’ or ‘split over 2 rows’ 
    I’ll reply to let you know I've booked them and to let you check your sheet.

  2. CALL -  Manor Phone Number - 07533 021 407

  3. AT REHEARSALS – I will have my laptop and can book tickets during tea break.
     (Please don’t use my personal number to call, text, whatsapp, facebook messenger etc)


  • Member tickets must be booked through the member, please don’t get your friends or family to contact me to make a member booking. If they want to book separately, they can call me on 07533 021 407, the booking will be made there and then and card payment taken.

  • All tickets will only be reserved until paid for.

  • Physical tickets won’t be handed out until payment is made.

  • Payment can be made by cash, BACS or card payment.

  • All cash payments will be issued a paper receipt, please keep this safe as your proof of payment. BACS and card payments can be traced online.

  • Payments need to be made 1 month before the show at the latest. Unpaid orders will then be released back onto general sale.

  • Member booking will finish 1 month before the show, but you will then be able to book through the normal channels and payment will be required on booking.

  • No member payments can be taken at the venue. Member customers will not be able to pay on the door, tickets can still be collected on the day.

  • Member sheets can be viewed online via google docs at any time, please ask me if you have booked tickets and I haven't sent you a link to your sheet.

  • All tickets will now have a QR code on them and if that ticket has been cancelled it will no longer work. If you have replacement tickets for any reason, do not attempt to use the old ones - please return them immediately to eliminate any issues.
