Auditions & Rehearsals take place at our studios:

27 Walker Street, Sheffield, S3 8GZ (off Derek Dooley Way - next door to The Outpost)

Normal rehearsal days are Wed, Thur & Sun 7:30pm - 10:00pm. Not all cast members will be required at all rehearsals, but you are expected to attend all rehearsals that you are called for and should leave these days free each week, from 4th Sept 2025 to 21st Dec 2025.

Mandatory attendance is required on the following dates: 

Tech - 23rd Dec 6pm onwards

Tech & Dress - 27th Dec 1pm onwards

How to apply:

1. Read all the information on this page and fill out the form below.

2. Send us a video of you singing a musical theatre song accompanied by live instrument or backing    track - email it to richard@manoroperatic.com. We also welcome additional dance reels, though they      are not mandatory. The deadline for this is midnight on the 29th June 2025.

3. We will email you in the week commencing the 30th June to let you know if we would like you to attend an in person audition. (please keep 9th / 10th July free from 7pm)

4. If you are invited to attend an in person audition, you will need to prepare a musical theatre song to      perform - preferably with sheet music, however backing tracks will be accepted.

5. If you are successful at the audition, you will be invited to join the cast and given an opportunity to        audition for principal roles if you wish.
